Is this legitimate nationally accredited training?
Absolutely, we are a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) approved and audited by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) number 21317 and the training and assessments provided by Prime Skills are nationally recognised, just as it would be from a local TAFE or other quality training provider.
What if I just want to update my qualification?
No problem. Just contact us and we will send you the update assessment pack, however we will require you to send us a copy of you previous certificate when you return the assessments. When you contact us please state that you want to do the Qualification Update and the competency it is for. The updated assessments can be completed for the units on this website. Can I enrol in BOTH the level 1 and level 2 assessments at the same time?

What sort of assessment can I expect?
Once you have enrolled and completed the course, you will have access to the assessments. The assessments will consist of a written questions, as well as multiple choice, true/false, drag and drop, scenarios and case studies.
We can also accept other types of assessments such as work samples, supervisor / manager feedback, video samples etc. All of these will depend on the competencies being completed and your geographical area (postage, travel or workplace assessment costs may apply). What sort of support can I expect when completing the learning?
Once you have enrolled and paid your course fee, you can have your questions answered via email, fax or telephone. Please state your full name with all correspondence.
How long do I have to complete the assessment?
Once you have enrolled you must complete the course within 30 days. The final step to completing the online course is to answer the narrative assessment questions. Once answered, click "submit" to ensure your answers are emailed through to our assessor for correction. If you don’t submit the narrative assessment back to our assessor within the 30 day period or have a great reason why it's not completed, there may be a further AUD$55 administration charge.
NOTE: If the unit of competency you are enrolled in is updated or changed, and you take longer than 30 days to complete the course then you may have to re-submit your narrative assessment and pay the AUD$55.00 administration charge.
So how do I enrol?
How do I pay?
You can pay by credit card when you enrol online. You can also pay by cheque, money order or via direct debit (ensure you use your full name as a reference) however a $22.00 Tax Invoice fee applies to these non credit card methods. Once payment is received/ cleared you will be enrolled automatically into the course of your choice.
How do I know that my money is safe?
Since you are dealing with a Registered Training Organisation (Number 21317) we MUST follow set guidelines and codes of practice. For more information about RTO’s, the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) or the DEST please go to www.dest.gov.au.
Credit Card payments are also safe through our secure EWay portal.
When enrolling online, please check that the locked padlock appears in your status bar(at the bottom of the screen). If you cannot use the secure connection, please contact our office.
So is the “Free Online Learning” really FREE?
Yes, we do offer free online learning. The course content is not in the same format as our modern and interact online accredited courses, however you can come back and forwards as often as you like.
If you want a nationally accredited Statement of Attainment, you will need to do the courses and submit payment, however if you don’t need the qualification, you can still access the content for free.
The information provided in the learning materials should be quite straight forward. Simply do the readings and the practice assessments, and then contact us if you are ready or want to do the fully accredited course.
NOTE: The free online content format involves reading the information that we have prepared and is not in the same format as the example video you may have seen on our website.
